About me and my practice
I'm a Person Centred Diversity-Affirming Counsellor and have extensive experience in working successfully with LGBTQIA+ neurodiverse clients to overcome relationship/s problems caused by anxiety, depression, low self esteem, trauma and abuse.
As a neuro and culturally-diverse queer woman with lived experience of trauma, I have been on this journey myself.
I can provide hope and a safe space for you to explore, love and celebrate your authentic self.
Some challenges you may be experiencing are (but not limited to), shame,imposter syndrome, guilt,relationship break up, cheating, jealousy, frequent arguments, lack of trust, poor communication,dating insecurity and dating burn out, avoiding conflict, people pleasing, self sabotage, relational trauma, commitment issues, fear of rejection and abandonment, opening up to and navigating polyamory, intimacy discomfort, masking, coming out, explaining ADHD or Autism's needs to your partner/s, friends and family, cultural and language barriers.
All the above can be scary, confusing and exhausting and I can help to figure this out.
I know what it feels like to have to ask for help, and I know how empowering it feels to come through the other side.
Im a fluent English and Italian speaker with experience of the cultural norms and differences of each country, and Im happy to conduct sessions in whichever language you feel most comfortable speaking in.
Experience
I have worked in the mental health field since 2016 in different roles and settings including charitable organisations, voluntary sector and the NHS.
I am now lucky enough to be able to dedicate my full attention to my private practice clients and have been doing overall for 2 years

Master of Science (MSc) in Counselling and Psychotherapy at University of Salford.

Initial Consultation
In your initial appointment we will discuss the issues you want to address in therapy and how we can tackle this together. I will ask you a few questions to help with this and you are most welcome to ask any questions you may have.
I like to work collaboratively and tailor my approach to each of my client's needs and preferences.
Fees
Therapy session (1 hour) standard rate - £55
Therapy session (1 hour) discount rate* - £35
*I offer discount rates and there are qualifying criteria for this. Please get in touch to discuss your circumstances.
When I Work
Therapy sessions on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Evening sessions available on Thursdays.
You can contact me between Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm via email, text or call. Reply within 24 hours.
